This 4-Star cottage is an annexe to the historic Trevaccoon Mansion and enjoys the benefits of the lawns and surrounding woodland and grounds. It features breathtaking views over the sea to Strumble Head, a classical frontage, slate forecourt, sash windows and ample parking. Sleeps 4 and dogs are welcome. |

The cottage has been renovated and furnished to a high standard and has two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom (left) looks towards the sea and has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom (right) looks over the south-facing courtyard and has twin beds. Both rooms are furnished with wardrobes, chests of drawers and a natural sea-grass carpet. There is a child gate at the top of the pine staircase. |

The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room (left). The kitchen area is tiled, and the rest of the cottage is newly-fitted with a good-quality wool carpet. Appliances in the kitchen include a microwave, washer/dryer, oven and hob, fridge, toaster, kettle etc and ample storage. The dining table comfortably seats four and there is a table and chairs on the front patio if you wish to eat dinner with a sea-view. The living room has a large sofa bed which can open up to provide an extra double bed. There is a colour TV and DVD/CD player. Broadband internet is available at no extra charge if you have a laptop. |

Off the living room is the bathroom, well-equipped with a shower, heated towel rail, fan heater and shaver point. A back door from the bathroom leads into the south-facing courtyard behind the mansion which is shared by other guests. |
